Alissa Morton came from 28 years in the financial industry.  She worked at Morton Capital Management in Calabasas for her entire business career, from 1986-2014, where she learned about the importance of relationship marketing, networking and customer service.  She left there to pursue work in the non-profit world using her relationship-building skills.  She has been on several committees of organizations, such as Sherwood Cares and Senior Concerns, as well as on the Board of Boys & Girls Club of Greater Conejo and Fit 4 the Cause.  Now she is using her knowledge to help others build their businesses and companies to increase their profitability and customer retention.
